Portal Case Cards widget

    • The Portal Case Cards widget displays cards for cases that you define. By default, the displayed cases are those awaiting information or are resolved. You can choose to define different criteria.

    The following illustration shows the default card view with cases that are currently in the awaiting info and resolved states.
