You can configure and embed the following ServiceNow components on external websites.

* Case list - displays multiple cases with their key details.
* Case view - displays case-related activities and playbooks.
* Case create - displays a form to create a case for product or service issues.
* Catalog item - displays a form to request an item or service.
* Knowledge article view - displays knowledge articles with details like title, author, and read time. You can rate articles and switch language.
* Data visualization - displays data from any ServiceNow table using charts, pie graphs, and scorecards.
* Playbook intake - enables users to submit cases using guided experiences and tracks resolution stages.
* Catalog browse - allows you to browse and search catalog items from different catalogs and categories within a third-party website.
