Customize content in the left side panel for a playbook page

    • Components that can be added to the left side panel include Customer360, Timeline, Active SLA, or a custom ribbon component. You can update the ribbon component attributes based on the fields you want to display in the left side panel on the playbook page.

    Before you begin

    Role required: workspace_admin, ui_builder_admin, admin

    Note:

    Any changes made to the configuration will affect other record pages and page variants where this ribbon setting is used.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Now Experience Framework  > Configuration Settings > UX Ribbon Setting.
    2. Select a ribbon setting for your table.
      If a ribbon setting doesn’t exist for your table, you can create one. For more information, see Set up a ribbon configuration in CSM Configurable Workspace.
    3. Select values for the Ribbon component and the Ribbon Component Attributes.
    4. Select Update.
