Customize the New Activity marker in UI Builder to differentiate between the latest activities for agents.
Before you begin
A duplicate variant must be configured by an administrator. If the duplicate variant isn’t configured, you can't enable or disable the New Activity marker. For more information, see Customize the email interaction experience.
