Customize the page header for a playbook page

    • Customize the page header by defining the primary and secondary fields that are displayed in CSM Configurable Workspace.

    Role required: workspace_admin, ui_builder_admin, admin

    Overview information for a record is available in the page header.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Now Experience Framework  > Configuration Settings > UX Header Configurations.
    2. Select the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace Header Config header configuration.
    3. Select a table from the UX Form Headers list.
      You can also create a UX Form Header record. For more information, see Set up a form header in CSM Configurable Workspace.
    4. Select the Primary field to display in the form header.
    5. In the Secondary values related list, select the secondary values to display in the form header.
      1. In the Order field, set the sequential order in which to display the secondary values.
      2. Select Update to save the form header record.
    6. In the Order field, set the sequential order in which to display the secondary values.
    7. Select Update to save the UX header configuration record.
