Add customized tabs in the contextual side panel. Agents can use these tabs to view case information, add attachments, view recommendations, and perform other case-related actions.

Procedure

Navigate to .

On the UI Builder home page, select the Page collections tab.

Select the desired page collection.
A
page collection is a group of pages that you can use in multiple experiences.

In the Pages and variants section, select the Create new page icon (+) to create a new page or add a variant to a page.

In the Set up your page details pop-up window, enter a name for the page and then select Continue.

Create a default page by entering a name for the variant and selecting Create.
The new page appears under the Pages and variants list.

Select the newly created page name.

Add a component to the page collection by selecting +Add component.
You can create a subpage that gets displayed in the contextual side panel.
Result
The added component gets displayed on the UI. The location depends on where you want to create the custom content on the page.
