  • Activate the Customer Service plugin and plan your Customer Service Management implementation by installing additional plugins.

    Task Description
    Activate Customer Service Management As an admin, activate the Customer Service plugin (com.sn_customerservice). This plugin includes demo data and activate related plugins.
    Plugins activated with Customer Service Management Refer the list of related CSM plugins that are activated after activating the Customer Service plugin.
    Additional plugins for Customer Service Management Refer the list of additional CSM plugins that you can activate after activating the Customer Service plugin.
    Customer Service properties Customize settings for several different features, including email communication, asset contact relationships, and the Consumer Service Portal.
    Configure foundation data Import customer information including names, addresses, and phone numbers; accounts, contacts, consumers, users, groups, group members, product models, and assets.

    Assign roles to groups or to individual users. Create service contracts and entitlements. Create customer relationships, asset relationships, and account teams.
