Edit a contract

  • Enable an agent or manager to edit an open contract that is related to the parent install base item in the Customer Service Management application.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin or sn_customerservice_manager

    About this task

    The Contracts related list provides a list of all the contracts that are related to the current install base item.

    Procedure

    1. Open an install base item and from the related list, select Contracts.
    2. To edit a contract, select Edit.
    3. From the list of contracts, select the contract that you want to link to the install base item.
      Note:
      The list of contracts that are displayed are related to the Account option that you selected in the Install Base form.
    4. Select Save.
