Enable custom tabs on CSM workspace record page

  • Enable custom tabs which appear after details tab, on CSM default Record page of CSM Configurable Workspace CSM configurable to get access to multiple list and form views for various sold product and product inventory entities.

    About this task

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to the CSM Configurable Workspace and select All.
    2. From the list, select Now Experience Framework > UI Builder.
      You're redirected to a new window that opens the UI builder configurations.
    3. On the UI Builder landing page, select Page collections.
    4. From the page collections list, select CSM default record post-Details.
    5. From the pages and variants list, select the page that you want to view on the CSM default record page.
      For instance, you can select Sold Products, Product Inventories, or Account information.
    6. Expand the entity that you want to customize and select the settings icon.
    7. In the settings page, ensure that the Active check box under Availability is selected.
    8. Select Save.

    Result

    You have now enabled custom tabs for your entities on the CSM Configurable Workspace.
