    • Enable the Timeline component to refresh when a record has new activities.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Open a page variant in UI Builder.
    2. Select Record Watcher 1 in the Data and scripts section in the left column.
      This opens the Record Watcher 1 pop-up window.
    3. Select the Events tab.
    4. In the Message received section, select Add handler.
    5. In the Choose a handler field, select Refresh Task Activity Timeline.
    6. Select Continue and then select Add.
    7. Close the Record Watcher 1 pop-up window.
