Guest users can access the Consumer Portal home page and view public elements, including the header, menu, footer, and banner widgets, without logging in.
Guest users landing on the Consumer Portal can access the home page and several public elements, including the header, menu, footer, and banner widgets, which feature the Browse Services and FAQs buttons.
They can also view taxonomy topic cards showcasing public content, such as articles and catalog items, and the Knowledge quick link widget displaying public articles.
However, on selecting any card, button, or menu items, the guest users are redirected to the login page.
