  • Create a case line task for an invoice case line.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_csm_invoice.agent, sn_csm_invoice.manager, admin

    Procedure

    1. Open an invoice case In CSM Configurable Workspace.
    2. Select the Invoice Case Lines tab and then select an invoice case line.
    3. Select Create case line task.
      The system opens a Create New Case Line Task form in a separate sub tab.
    4. Add information to the Create New Case Line Task form.
    5. Select Save.

      The system adds the new task record to the Tasks tab on the Invoice Case Line record.
