Restrict contact access
Restrict contact access to sold products and install bases by limiting the access for associated contacts and their access levels for customer access management.
Before you begin
Role required: One of the following roles:
- sn_crm_foundation_admin
- sn_crm_foundation_data_manager
- sn_crm_account_relationship_data_manager
- sn_customerservice_manager
- sn_customerservice.customer_admin
About this task
By restricting contact access, you can limit access to entities that are based on the contacts that are assigned to the sold products and install bases. You can't create duplicate account access records with the same account.
