    This AI agent relies on AI Search for fetching the relevant cases and knowledge articles that could help solve your issue. For more information on configuring AI Search, see Using AI Search with CSM Configurable Workspace and Semantic index configuration for indexed sources.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > AI Search > Indexed Sources > [CSM AIS] Case.
    2. In the Semantic Index Configuration related list, select Body.
    3. Select Active.
    4. Select Save.
