Change your password from the Consumer Portal

  • Change your Consumer Portal password from your profile settings.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_customerservice.consumer

    Procedure

    1. Select your user name in the portal header to display the user profile information.
    2. Select Change Password.
    3. Fill in the fields on the Change Password form.
      Table 1. Change Password form fields
      Field Description
      Current Password The current password. This field is automatically filled in.
      New Password The new password. This password must:
      • Be a minimum of eight characters in length
      • Include at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter
      • Include at least one number
      Confirm Password Retype the new password.
    4. Select Change.
