Register a product from the Consumer Portal

    • Register a product on the Consumer Portal to track it in your account and access product-specific support.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_customerservice.consumer

    Procedure

    1. Log in to the Consumer Portal.
    2. Navigate to My hub > Register product in the portal header.
    3. Enter a search term in the search field and press Enter to display a list of products.
    4. Select the Select button on the card for the product.
    5. Enter the Serial Number and the Purchase Date for the selected product.
    6. Select Register.

    Result

    After the product is successfully registered, it appears in the Manage products list.
