    • The Related Records shared page enables you to view records that are related to the current record or playbook activity in the contextual side panel.

    The ui_builder_admin role or administrator role can configure a record page in UI Builder and use the Related Records shared page to add a Related Records tab on the contextual side panel. The Related Records tab shows the list of related records in card format.

    Use the Related Records shared page to display records from tables that have a configured relationship to the main record. This can include multiple types of related records such as SLAs, active contracts, and emails.

    The Related Records shared page:
    • is part of the Base Agent Workspace app shell.
    • is a public page that is available in the page templates.
    • is a generic page that can be embedded in the contextual side panel for any page.
