Schedule Management as a standalone plugin deliver seamless shift and roster management without the need for the full WFO suite. Designed for CSM, FSM, and Retail organizations, it enables teams to effortlessly plan schedules, manage time off, approve shift swaps, and monitor adherence, all from a unified workspace experience.
Standalone installation supports the following use cases:
- Shift and roster management for FSM and Retail customers.
- Team calendars and schedule visibility without Forecasting or advanced WFO features.
- Phased adoption where organizations start with scheduling and expand to other WFO modules later.
Note:
Existing WFO deployments that include Schedule Management continue to function after standalone activation. No additional configuration is required for existing integrated environments. Scheduling workflows, permissions, and
integrations remain unchanged.
