Associate a service definition with a service definition category

  • After creating a service definition category, you can associate one or more service definitions with the category.

    Role required: sn_csm_case_types.service_definition_manager, sn_csm_case_types.service_definition_admin, or admin

    About this task

    Service definition categories enable you to organize service definitions into logical groupings. A category can have multiple service definitions and a service definition can belong to one or more categories.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Customer Service > Administration > Service Definition Categories.
    2. Select a category from the Service Definition Categories list.
    3. In the Service Definition Category Relationships related list, select New.
    4. Select a service definition in the Service Definition field.
    5. Select Submit.
      The service definition is added to the Service Definition Category Relationships related list.
