    Users with the required roles can change their passwords from the Customer Service Portal.

    Procedure

    1. Go to the Customer Service Portal page by accessing your instance URL and adding a /csm suffix.
      For example, https://example.com/csm.
    2. Click your user name in the portal header.
    3. Click Profile to display the user profile information.
    4. Click Change Password under Security.
    5. On the form, fill in the fields.

      Field Description
      Current Password The current password. This field is automatically filled in.
      New Password
      The new password, which must meet the following requirements:
      • Be a minimum of eight characters long
      • Include at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter
      • Include at least one number
      Confirm Password The new password.
    6. Click Change.
