After a registration request is approved, the customer contact receives an email with
a user ID and temporary password. When logging in for the first time, the contact is asked
to change the password.

Procedure

Navigate to the Customer Service Portal login page.

Enter your user ID in the User name.

Enter your temporary password in the Password
field.

Select Login.
You’re prompted to change your password.

Enter your temporary password in the Current Password
field.

Enter your new password in the New Password field.

Reenter your new password in the Confirm New Password field.

Select Submit.
