Submit a self-registration request

    • Submit a registration request from the business portal.

    Before you begin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to the business portal.
    2. Request a login by selecting Sign up from the portal header.
    3. On the Customer Registration form, fill in your First Name, Last Name, Business Email, and Registration Code.
    4. Enable the check box to agree to the privacy policy and to the community terms and conditions.
      Select the links to access more information about these policies.
    5. Select the reCAPTCHA verification check box.
      The Customer Service application uses the Google re-CAPTCHA service.
    6. Select Submit.
      The page redirects you to the portal login page.
      • If you entered a valid registration code, you see the message: “Your request has been submitted and is pending review. You’ll receive an email when your request is processed".
      • If you entered an invalid registration code, you see the message: “Incorrect Registration Code".
