View team members assigned to an account

    Before you begin

    Role required: One of the following roles:
    • sn_crm_foundation_admin
    • sn_crm_foundation_data_manager
    • sn_crm_account_relationship_data_manager
    • sn_crm_consumer_relationship_data_manager
    • sn_crm_consumer_data_manager
    • sn_crm_account_data_manager
    • sn_customerservice_agent
    • sn_customerservice_manager
    • admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Customer Service > Customer > Accounts or Partners.
    2. Select an account.
    3. Select the Account Team Members related list.
      This list displays the employees who have been assigned to the team as well as their responsibilities.
