  • Track cases on behalf of a business location against sold products deployed at a business location, or against installed base items deployed at a business location.

    Depending on the roles assigned to the logged-in user, the widget displays the following filters.

    My Lists filters Description
    All Cases List of all the cases.
    Action Needed Cases in the Resolved state that are waiting for a customer response.
    My Cases Cases for myself.
    My Requests Cases that are created as a request.
    Cases for Accounts Cases created by the account contributor.
    Cases for Consumers Cases created by the consumer contributor.
    My Cases for Business Locations Cases created by the contributor user on behalf of their business locations.
    All Cases for Business Locations All cases created on behalf of the contributor users' business locations, independent of who created the case.
