Track cases on the Business Location Service Portal
Track cases on behalf of a business location against sold products deployed at a business location, or against installed base items deployed at a business location.
Depending on the roles assigned to the logged-in user, the widget displays the following filters.
| My Lists filters | Description |
|---|---|
| All Cases | List of all the cases. |
| Action Needed | Cases in the Resolved state that are waiting for a customer response. |
| My Cases | Cases for myself. |
| My Requests | Cases that are created as a request. |
| Cases for Accounts | Cases created by the account contributor. |
| Cases for Consumers | Cases created by the consumer contributor. |
| My Cases for Business Locations | Cases created by the contributor user on behalf of their business locations. |
| All Cases for Business Locations | All cases created on behalf of the contributor users' business locations, independent of who created the case. |
