Track opportunities on the Business Location Service Portal

    • Enable your location staff to track opportunities for their business locations using the Business Location Service Portal (BLSP). The portal enables them to view opportunities and any activity performed on them.

    Before you begin

    Role required: For details on roles, see Roles and responsibilities.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to the business location service portal.
    2. Select Your Information > Opportunities.
      The page displays a list of all the opportunities.
    3. From the list, select an opportunity to view its details.
      You can access opportunities specific to a business location by navigating to Home > Your Information > Business Locations and then selecting Opportunities.
