Track customer orders on the Business Location Service Portal

  • Enable your location staff to track customer orders for their business locations using the Business Location Service Portal (BLSP). The portal enables them to view and monitor order details like order status, account, and channel partner information, helping them stay updated on customer activity for specific locations.

    Role required:
    • sn_bus_org_orm.org_b2b_sales_rep
    • sn_bus_org_orm.org_b2c_ sales_rep
    • sn_bus_org_orm.org_sales_mgr
    • sn_bus_org_orm.org_relationship_mgr
    • sn_bus_loc.org_sales_mgr, or
    • sn_bus_org_orm.org_ui

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Home > Your Information > Customer Orders.
      The page displays a list of customer orders associated with the business locations.
    2. From the list, select a customer order number to view its details.
