Using the Business Portal
Search for answers to questions or known issues, or contact a customer service agent for assistance.
Your Business Portal activity usually begins on the home page. It has configurable widgets to display information.
From the Business Portal home page, you can access and use the following features:

| Browse services | Browse through topics and request services. |
| Frequently asked questions | Get quick answers to common questions. |
| Resources | Navigate to the Knowledge, Publications, or FAQs pages. |
| Requests | Submit a request or View submitted requests. |
| My hub | Manage products and install base items. |
| My company | Create or manage contacts. |
| Notification | Displays notifications sent for resolved cases, cases awaiting information, publications, and approvals. |
| Tours | View a tour for additional guidance on how the Customer Service Management application works. Your administrator determines whether tours appear on pages or not. |
| Live Chat | Chat with a virtual agent or a customer service agent. |
| Callback request | Request a callback when the wait time to reach agents is long or agents are unavailable. |
| Profile menu | View your profile or log out. |
| Search | Enables you to search. Either enter a keyword to use the type-ahead search or enter one or more words to view all search results. |
| Track your case updates | View updates on your case. |
| Browse topics | Navigate through topics to explore our services and resources. |
| Quick links to get you started | View links to knowledge articles,catalogs, and external links. |
| Most trending articles | View a list of the most viewed articles. |
| Most popular services | Request items and services from the catalog. |
| Footer | Contains important links, contact information, and legal details for easy access. |
