Once you have integrated Customer Service Management (CSM) with Microsoft Outlook, you can
view customer details in an Outlook add-in panel to make communication easier.
Before you begin
Role required: sn_customerservice.contact_manager,
sn_customerservice.proxy_contact
Procedure

In Microsoft Outlook, open an email message you received from the
contact.

On the Microsoft Outlook Home tab, click View in
ServiceNow.
The Outlook add-in panel displays the contact details.
Note: If the
contact details are not available, the No contact was found
message is displayed.

If you want to perform other contact tasks, access the contact information in the CSM portal page by clicking the Pop-out icon (
).
