View the list of members in your household from the Consumer Portal to see their details and manage household accounts.

## Before you begin

Install Customer Household Data Model (com.snc.household) app from [ServiceNow store](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/home).
Role required: sn_customerservice.consumer  
Note:  
You must be a householdHead to view household members. For details, see [Add consumers to a household](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/CSiy6u~m8Cj~8abxiQy~zw "Add consumers as members of a household.").

## About this task

A household groups related consumers under a single account. Viewing household members lets you see who is associated with your household and access their individual details. Only the household head can view this list.{#view-houesehold-members__view-houesehold-members-context-1}

## Procedure

1. Navigate to the Consumer Portal.
2. Navigate to My hubView household members in the portal header.

## Result

You can view the list of household members. Select any record to view details.
