View orders

    • View your orders and order details from the Consumer Portal using the Order Management app.

    Before you begin

    Install Order Management (com.sn_ind_tmt_orm) app from ServiceNow store.

    Role required: none

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to the Consumer Portal.
    2. Navigate to Requests > View submitted requests > View orders in the portal header.

    Result

    You can view the list of orders. Select any order to view its details.
