View a publication on the Consumer Portal

View publications on the Consumer Portal to read targeted communications and download any associated attachments.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_customerservice.consumer or sn_customerservice.unified_consumer

About this task

The Publications link on the Consumer Portal displays a list of current publications that is sorted by publication number.

Note:

After a publication reaches its expiration date, it’s automatically removed from the Publications list.

Procedure

1. Navigate to the Consumer Portal.
2. Navigate to Resources > Publications in the header.
   This displays a list of current publications. The information displayed for each publication includes the title, publish date, expiration date, and a brief description.
3. Search the Publications list by entering a search term in the search field.
4. Select a publication name to open.
5. Select the attachments to download from the pop-up window, if the publication has attachments.
6. Close the pop-up window.
7. Select the return arrow at the top of the publication to return to the Publications list.
