View cases and case tasks from the Business Portal

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_customerservice.customer_admin, sn_customerservice.partner, sn_customerservice.customer_case_manager, sn_customerservice.customer, sn_customerservice.consumer

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to the business portal.
    2. Select Requests > View submitted requests > View cases & tasks in the portal header.
      You can select the case type from Categories and filter the list of records before selecting a case.
    3. Select a case to view its details.
    4. Optional: For My requests, expand the Stage field to display more details about the request process.
    5. Select the X in the upper corner to close the details window.
