View sold products information as an account consumer

  • Track the products or services sold to your account by viewing the list of sold products from the Customer Service Portal.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_acct_consumer.consumer

    About this task

    View a list of sold products to track the products or services sold to your account.
    Note:
    The Entitlements widget and the Contracts widget aren’t visible for account consumers.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to the Customer Service Portal.
    2. Select Support > Products.
      The system displays a list of products that belong to your account.
    3. Select a product to view its details.
      Note:
      The default view is the form view. If you switch to the list view, the Account and Consumer fields aren’t displayed. See Configure the Install Base items and Sold Products lists for details.
