Quick links are a way to quickly access internal and external resources related to
specific departments within your organization. You can create quick links, associate quick links
to topics, and restrict access to quick links.

Quick links are available on the Browser Extension for Employee Center.   You can create quick links using the quick links module in the Employee Center for accessing internal and external resources, such as knowledge bases, catalog items, pages, and links.
