A unified employee profile provides the employee information and offers extensibility for BUs.  
Download the latest version from ServiceNow Store to access the work-related employee profile without navigating to multiple systems. Configuration-driven profile design to introduce fields, actions, and widgets related to work-related information.

* Manage the data visibility and extensibility with a scalable profile for future use cases.

## Configure employee profile {#employee-profile-portal__section_ckn_rkz_rrb}

As an admin, you can create an active employee definition and configure the profile components. Manage updates to the employee profile from a central location.
