# Search for a mentor

# Search for a mentor {#ariaid-title1}

Search for mentors by name, job profile, or any other criterion you wish to. You can also use additional filters to search from the list of mentors.

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to AllEmployee CenterYour careerMentoringOverview.
2. On a mentor's profile, in the Suggested mentors section, select Search mentors.  
   Hinweis:  
   You see suggested mentors only after setting your preferences.
3. On the Explore available mentors page, you will see a list of mentors who you can connect with.
4. Use the Search by name or keyword field to find a specific mentor you are looking for.
5. Select Filters and fill in the form to add skills or other requirements.

   | Field | Description |
   |-|-|
   | Job family | Business unit or function of the mentor. |
   | Job title | Role or job title of the mentor |
   | Job seniority level | Role level of the mentor. |
   | Tenure | Range of the tenure of the mentor. |
   | Mentoring relationship | Range of the duration of the mentorship. |

6. Select Apply.
7. Find a mentor of your choice and select Connect.
