Activate the Control objective clustering skill

    • Enable the Control objective clustering skill from the Now Assist Skills page. When this skill is activated, the system uses generative AI framework (GAF) to group similar control objectives.

    To group similar control objectives, Now Assist runs a generative AI framework (GAF) scheduled job at a configured frequency and forms groups of similar control objectives before the user begins rationalization. The user then reviews these clusters rather than searching for similarities record by record.

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Admin Center > Now Assist Admin > Skills.
    2. On the Now Assist Skills tab, under the Technology workflow group, select Risk & Sustainability.
    3. Locate the Control objective clustering skill, and select Activate skill.
    4. On the General details tab, review the grouping criteria (name, description, table name).
    5. Select the cluster generation frequency (run once, monthly, quarterly, or half-yearly).
      A GAF scheduled job is created with that frequency.
    6. Select Save and Continue.
    7. On the Define access tab, edit the Access control lists (ACLs) and role restrictions if required, and select Save and continue.
    8. On the Review and Activate tab, select Activate.
      The Review and Activate tab displays information about who can access the skill and the data and resources (tables and roles) that the skill can access.
      A skill activation success message appears. After the skill is activated, the GAF scheduled job is automatically executed.
