    • Define how metrics are displayed within Service Operations Workspace.

    Field Description
    Title Name of the metric.
    Active Option to activate the metric.
    Order Numerical value indicating the order of the metric on the page.
    Configuration Item Type Configuration item type. Available options are:
    • cmdb_ci_app_server_tomcat
    • cmdb_ci_metric_extension
    • cmdb_ci_app_win_server
    Source Metrics Types Metric types you want the metric to monitor.

    Select the Lock icon (Lock icon) to unlock the list of source metric types and select metric types to be monitored.
    Chart Type Type of chart in which the metric is presented in Service Operations Workspace, either Line or Stacked Bar.
