Wenn sich Ihre Cloud-Ressourcen in einer IBM-Cloud befinden, erstellen Sie Anmeldeinformationen, die auf das IBM-Konto zugreifen können.

| Name | Eindeutiger Name der IBM-Anmeldeinformationen, die bei der Instanz registriert werden sollen |
| Reihenfolge | Reihenfolge (Sequenz) in der DiscoveryVersucht diese Anmeldeinformationen, während versucht wird, sich bei Geräten anzumelden. Je kleiner die Zahl, desto höher werden die Anmeldeinformationen in der Liste angezeigt. Richten Sie die Reihenfolge der Berechtigungsnachweise ein, wenn Sie eine große Anzahl von Berechtigungsnachweisen verwenden oder wenn die Sicherheitsvorkehrung nach drei fehlgeschlagenen Anmeldeversuchen Benutzer sperrt. Wenn alle Anmeldeinformationen dieselbe (oder keine) Reihenfolgennummer haben, werden die Anmeldeinformationen von der Instanz in zufälliger Reihenfolge ausprobiert. |

## Von Service-Mapping während der Erkennung von oben nach unten erfasste Daten {#ibm-cloud-discovery__section_mtq_nbg_ppb}

Um erkannte Komponenten in Serviceinstanzen einzubeziehen, aktivieren Sie CI-Beziehungen, die in der Tag-basierten Discovery von verwendet werden Service-Mapping. Diese CI-Beziehungen sind im ServiceNow Store ab Version 1.0.68 verfügbar. Service-Mapping Verwendet die Tag-basierte Discovery, um Serviceinstanzzuordnungen einschließlich der Cloud-Komponenten zu erstellen. Im Lieferumfang von Service-Mapping befinden sich folgende vorkonfigurierte CI-Beziehungen, die für Tag-basierte Discovery verwendet werden.
