- View the Sales Forecasting dashboard
- Sales Forecasting uses data from the opinions and insights of your sales representatives reflecting how they feel about the deals in their pipeline. View the dashboard to see the sales forecast for your teams
in various stages. You can see the total amount of opportunity in each stage for selected time periods or teams.
- Categorizing the sales opportunities
- Categorize the opportunities in the system based on the probability of closing the sales deal.
- Set up sales team hierarchy
- Set up the sales teams and assign managers to each team. Once the users, team, and opportunity data is added, and a selection of
categories, you can calculate the forecast for any group or specific sales team and view the dashboard.
- Set up Sales Quota Management
- Assign quota targets to sales representatives and managers for specific periods. A Quota column displays the sales target for the managers and their team. The Gap column displays
the remaining target amount to achieve the required quota target.
- Set up forecast schedule
- Create a forecast scheduled job to update or create the forecast data at a specific time or on a recurring schedule. The forecast scheduled job automatically fetches all the opportunities in the system and generates forecast
data.

- Modify forecast adjustments
- Sales agents can modify their individual system-generated forecast values and sales managers can modify their team’s forecast projections. Adjusting forecast values provides more flexibility to sales agents and ensure a more
accurate view of expected sales performance and forecasts.
- Submit final forecast
- Finalize and submit forecasts within defined submission periods to ensure accurate sales forecasts and projections. You can modify forecast values and submit the final forecast for a selected time period. After submission,
the forecast roll-up displays only the locked and finalized values.
- Set up sales territory hierarchy
- Set up a sales territory hierarchy for specific regions to assign sales agents to defined territories. This capability improves forecasting accuracy and tracking efficiency for organizations that use territory-based sales
structures.

Australia |
- Real-time forecast rollup updates
- Enhance forecast accuracy, reduce latency in pipeline views, and support faster, more informed decision‑making by triggering on‑demand recalculation for your hierarchy without having to wait for scheduled jobs.
- Configurable Forecast Owner and Rollup Owner
- Improve parallel forecasting across different product lines or business structures by configuring Forecast Owner and Rollup Owner in the Forecast Model to define ownership and roll‑up responsibility.
- Support for multiple configurable forecast models
- Define and manage forecasting rules beyond the default model by configuring up to ten forecast models to support different forecasting structures.
- Multi-Period forecast rollups within a single Forecast Model
- Achieve better planning and strategy by configuring and managing forecasting for multiple time periods (weekly, monthly, quarterly) within a single forecast model for flexible data reporting.
- Product Family based forecasting
- Enable forecast owners to configure forecasting with product family as a secondary hierarchy with the primary hierarchy as territory or sales team. This feature enables forecast managers to submit forecasts for the product
families they own and provides real-time rollups by product family and the primary hierarchy.
- Enable
forecasting at base forecast
source
- Provide forecast owners and managers with visibility into the opportunities and line items contributing to each forecast number, directly from the dashboard. Support forecast creation, submissions, and adjustments at the
