Applicant Center is the dedicated and personalized portal for your applicants.

The applicant Center provides the applicants with a wholesome hiring experience.{#applicant-portal-home-page__p_acl_nfg_h1c}  
As an admin, it brings you:

* Customizable header menu items that you can use according to your organizational need.
* Content Experiences that let you curate the journey for your applicant.

As an applicant, it lets you:

* Track your active and inactive applications, as an applicant, on the application tracking widget.
* Learn which stage of the application you're in along with the date when the application has been moved to the state with the stepper widget.
* View notification after you accept the job offer extended to you on your Applicant Center home page.  
  Note:  
  You receive a welcome email too on accepting a job offer.
