Deactivate skills for Now Assist in Contract Management

    • Deactivate the skills in Now Assist in Contract Management when they are not in use.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_cm_gen_ai.ai_contract_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Now Assist Admin > Skills to access the Now Assist Skills tab of the Now Assist Admin console.
    2. Navigate to Employee > CM Pro.
    3. On the Contract Management Pro card, select View details.
    4. On the tile of your skill that you want to deactivate, select Deactivate skill in the options menu (Options menu icon.).

    5. In the pop-up messages, select Deactivate.

    Result

    The skill is deactivated for Now Assist in Contract Management and displayed in the All available Contract Management Pro skills section.

    To reactivate the skill, select Activate skill. For more information, see Configure Now Assist in Contract Management.
