Configuring Contractor Service Center

Set up your implementation for Contractor Service Center by installing the plugins and reviewing and configuring the components installed with it.

• Install Contractor Service Center
  You can install the Health and safety Contractor safety center [sn_hs_csc] application if you have the admin role. The application includes demo data and installs related ServiceNow® Store applications and plugins if they are not already installed.
• Configure system properties for Save as draft option
  Configure the system properties to enable the Save as draft option for some catalog item. For example, on the permit to work form or for password reset.
• Configure the menu for Contractor Service Center
  As an admin you can configure the menu for the contractor service center. You can update the Quick links to get you started or the Explore our categories menu items, or create a menu item.
• Configure the Contractor Service Center portal theme
  A theme is a collection of one or more style sheets (CSS files) that define a consistent look for a set of pages. Configure the default portal theme to apply your own theme to suit your branding and improve the visual design of the portal pages.
• Configure Contractor Service Center web page
  Edit or configure the Contractor Service Center web interface and use layouts to organize the columns that house the widgets.
