# Conduct a roll call as an on-site responder

# Conduct a roll call as an on-site

Mark the status of the impacted people in a critical event in the responder portal. You can also manually add more impacted people in the list.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_critical.responder

## Procedure

1. Log in to the responder portal through the email sent by an agent.
2. On the critical event, select Show Details.
3. Mark the status of the impacted people.

   | Status | Description |
   | Accounted | Choose one of the following: * Select the check mark (![Check mark icon]()) for the individual. * Select the More actions icon (![More actions icon]()) and select Accounted. {#conduct-roll-call__ul_gst_jm4_ndc} |
   | Need Help | Select the More actions icon (![More actions icon]()) and select Need Help. |

4. If you must undo or change the status of an individual, select either the Accounted tab or the Need Help tab and find the individual.
   * To undo the status and mark the individual as Unknown, clear the check mark (![Check mark icon]()).
   * To change the status, select the More actions icon (![More actions icon]()) and select the desire status.

5. If you must add an impacted person manually, select the Add Person button.
