Add or modify block content

  • Create block content as reusable information you can insert into campaigns, notifications, rich-text announcements, or community posts (when community is installed).

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_cd.content_manager

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Content Publishing > Re-usable Components > Block Content.
    2. Click New or on an existing block content record.
    3. On the form, fill in the fields.
      For more information on fields and description, see Block content form.
    4. Select Save or Submit.
      If you select Save, the Block Content form remains displayed and the Translate content button appears at the top.
      Note:
      Personalized Block Content can't be used for notification, community, or to-do content types.
    5. To have your content translated into a different language, select Translate content to initiate the translation workflow your company has configured.
    6. Select the language you want your content translated to from the modal that appears.
