Recommended for you section is available on Now Mobile app, providing quick access to the section through mobile bringing in more flexibility of usage for customers.
View knowledge articles and catalog items recommended for you on the support tab of the Now Mobile app.
Recommended for you for Now Mobile app lets the user easily access relevant items and knowledge articles on the app itself.
By default, top five recommendations are visible on the widget, at once. The widget gives the user a preview of a knowledge article, showing the title, description, and the time-lapsed since it was added to the recommendations. Similarly, the catalog items show the description and the price of the product, if any.
Also, there is a Favorite icon available to add a card to your favorite list.
The article or the catalog item opens in a Mobile Employee Service Portal (MESP) view when a user clicks any recommendation.
If the customer is not using either the HR profile plug-in or the Employee profile plug-in, the recommendations are provided based on the popularity of the content pulled from the M2M connected content. The recommendations, in that case, are dissimilar to the ones provided if the HR profile or Employee Profile plug-in is installed.
The default validity of the recommendations is for six months on the Now Mobile app.
