Submit feedback from a Microsoft Outlook email message
Submit feedback about a service request or your experience using the feedback card in a Microsoft Outlook email message.
Before you begin
To enable the feedback card, the include_feedback_actionable script must be added to the email notification and a feedback definition must be created for the required workflow.

Note:
The feedback card only appears at the top of the email message.

Procedure
- Launch the Microsoft Outlook application.
- Open an email message and select Give Feedback.
- On the feedback card, select a rating based on your experience.
- Optional: Enter additional feedback in the text box.
- Optional: Make the feedback anonymous by selecting Do not share my personal info.
- Select Submit.
