Connect your Zoom account to another ServiceNow® instance by overriding your existing ServiceNow instance.
Before you begin

Procedure
- Open the ServiceNow instance that you want to connect to your existing Zoom account.
- Navigate to .
- On the Connect to an account form, select Connect associated with Zoom.
- Enter CHANGE in the Type CHANGE to continue field and select Override connection.
Result
Your Zoom account is successfully connected to another ServiceNow instance.
