# View your users' health and safety status

# View your users' health and safety status {#ariaid-title1}

View the health and safety status of your team to check their progress on company
requirements for returning to the workplace.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_imt_monitoring.monitoring_user

All users can view the health and safety status
of their direct reports. However, the sn_imt_monitoring.monitoring_user role is
required to view details about team members who are not your direct reports.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllEmployee Health and Safety StatusView Team Status.  
   Note:  
   To view the status page on the Now Mobile app, navigate to HealthMy TeamMy Team's Safety Status.  
   The status page shows whether each user has completed all requirements for returning to the workplace.  
   Note:  
   A user is Cleared or Not Cleared based on the health and safety requirements of their current location.
2. **Optional:** View the specific list of requirements that a user has cleared or not cleared by clicking View Details.
