Add a document to a contractor worker

  • Add any documents collected from a contractor worker or related to this contractor worker.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_hs_crm.contractor_coordinator or sn_ohs_im.document_writer

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Health and Safety > Health and Safety Workspace.
    2. Open a contractor worker record to add the document to.
      OptionSteps
      From a contractor company record
      1. Select the contractor management icon (Contractor management icon) to open the Contractor Management tab.
      2. In the Lists tab, select Contractor companies and then All.
      3. Open the company that the worker belongs to.
      4. In the Workers tab, select the worker from the list to add the document to.
      From Health and Safety user profile list
      1. Select the configuration icon (Configuration icon).
      2. In the Lists tab, select Health and safety profiles and then All.
      3. From the list, select the worker from the list to add the document to.
    3. In the Documents tab, select New.
    4. On the form, fill in the fields.

    5. Select Save.

    Result

    • The document is listed in the Documents tab of the contractor worker record.
    • The document is also listed in the Health and Safety document library list under Configuration and is saved in the Health and Safety document [sn_ohs_im_document_v2] table.
