Add any documents collected from a contractor worker or related to this contractor worker.

Role required: sn_hs_crm.contractor_coordinator or sn_ohs_im.document_writer
Procedure

Navigate to .

Open a contractor worker record to add the document to.

| From a contractor company record |
- Select the contractor management icon (
) to open the Contractor Management tab.
- In the Lists tab, select Contractor companies and then All.
- Open the company that the worker belongs to.
- In the Workers tab, select the worker from the list to add the document to.

- Select the configuration icon (
).
- In the Lists tab, select Health and safety profiles and then All.
- From the list, select the worker from the list to add the document to.

In the Documents tab, select New.

On the form, fill in the fields.

Select Save.
Result
- The document is listed in the Documents tab of the contractor worker record.
- The document is also listed in the Health and Safety document library list under Configuration and is saved in the Health and Safety document
[sn_ohs_im_document_v2] table.
